Where did it all begin? 

Ever since I can remember, I've baked. As a little girl, I was always in the kitchen, making an enormous mess and loving every minute of it. Baking and cooking is in my blood, growing up with passionate home cooks surrounding and encouraging me. 

I was always the girl supplying the birthday cake for my friends parties, bringing desserts to dinner parties and rolling  around in sugar to my hearts content. 

A self taught cook and baker, I am always in the kitchen. My skills took a GIANT step up with my entry to MasterChef Australia. I studied hard, practised my cooking constantly and learnt from other passionate home cooks. I ended up placing third (woo!) on the show, had the time of my life and realised that all I really want to do is make people happy through sugar and butter. 


I love teaching people the tips and tricks I've learnt along the way. If you are keen to learn about the art of cake making, specifically in achieving sharP edges, modern buttercream techniques, hand made decorations and more, be sure to come along to one of my hands on cake classes. Class spots are extremely limited. 

All of my cakes are thoughtfully designed, filled with LOVE (and sometimes tears) and made using only the finest ingredients. Catering to all melbourne based special events including; wedding cakes, birthday cakes, christening and baptism cakes, bonboniere and more.
