HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

After your event dates have been confirmed, we will discuss your cake or dessert styling and a confirmation will be sent through.
Once we've agreed on the details, an invoice will be sent and payment will be required within 7 days to secure your booking.
For orders made significantly in advance, a 20% deposit is required to secure your booking, with full payment 2 weeks prior to your event.
DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
Yes! You can cancel your cake order up to 7 days in advance of its collection date. Please note, the 20% deposit to confirm your order is non-refundable.
I'VE SEEN A CAKE ON YOUR INSTAGRAM THAT I LOVE. CAN YOU MAKE ME THAT?
Yes! Just include a print screen in your email and I will be able to do a similar design. Note, no two cakes are ever identical.
WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY CAKE?
Cake pick up times will be mutually agreed upon. Weekend pick ups are available from 10am - 12pm. Cake pickup is from Kew, Melbourne.
HOW DO I GET MY CAKE HOME?
The cake will be refrigerated prior to pickup and will be stable for transport. The best place to keep the cake when you're driving it home is on the floor of the car, in the front seat - with the air con on (for hot days!) or the floor of your boot.
Cakes boards are fitted securely to the box to ensure minimal movement during transport. Please note, the lid will not close completely.
Once home, the cake can remain out of the refrigerator for up to 4 hours. Be sure to bring the cake to room temperature for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure the best possible flavour!
PHOTO'S AND CAKE DESIGNS
We don't directly copy other designers cakes, we will however, use inspiration to design your dream cake around. Photos will be used as a guide only and exact cakes will not be replicated.
Cake tastings for wedding cakes (or other large cakes) are set throughout the year and there is a charge of $50 for up to 6 cake flavours. These are in the form of cupcakes and will need to be picked up.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Any major changes to your order less than two full weeks before the required delivery date may incur a fee.
Gluten, nuts and dairy are all used regularly in the kitchen. There is no guarantee that any of our cakes or dessert will be allergen friendly.
