Join me for a hands-on baking class featuring three cakes from my latest book; You Had Me at Cake. Whether you’re a passionate home baker or just beginning your baking journey, this class will equip you with practical skills and delicious recipes to take home and enjoy.

What You'll Learn:

• Mocha Tres Leches - a feather light sponge cake, doused in a three milk syrup, with a mocha twist. An absolute favourite

• Torta Gianduja – chocolate and hazelnut torte, for the nutella lovers out there.

• Passionfruit Mini Bundt cakes – a classic cake, downsized, perfect for sharing.

What’s Included:

• All ingredients and hands-on instruction

• Printed recipes to take home

• Cake boxes for transporting your creations

• Apron provided for use during the class

Want to take home a piece of the experience? Custom aprons, tote bags, copies of the book, and my signature éclair baking mats will be available to purchase on the day via EFTPOS.

Please Note:

• This is a small group workshop with very limited places. Beginners are warmly welcomed.

• Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can begin on time.

• Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required.

• Parking is available in the surrounding area, please leave plenty of time to find a spot or consider public transport 

• Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person if you’re unable to attend.

• Due to the size and layout of the commercial kitchen, plus ones or extra guests cannot be accommodated. Tickets are valid for one participant only.

• Workshops may be cancelled if minimum attendance isn’t met. In this case, a full refund will be issued.
