Join me for a hands-on baking class featuring three different applications of sponge cake. Whether you’re a passionate home baker or just beginning your baking journey, this class will equip you with practical skills and delicious recipes to take home and enjoy.

What You'll Learn:

  • Classic Genoise Sponge - filled with pillowy jam and topped with a passionfruit icing, a classic that can be challenging without the proper guidence of technique

  • The perfect Swiss roll – Learn how to roll a sponge, without cracks for that mesmerising spiral

  • Lamingtons – A tea time classic, lets simplify them together.

Want to take home a piece of the experience? Custom aprons, tote bags, copies of the book, and my signature éclair baking mats will be available to purchase on the day via EFTPOS.

Please Note:

  • This is a small group workshop with very limited places. Beginners are warmly welcomed.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can begin on time.

  • Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required.

  • Parking is available in the surrounding area, please leave plenty of time to find a spot or consider public transport 

  • Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person if you’re unable to attend.

  • Due to the size and layout of the commercial kitchen, plus ones or extra guests cannot be accommodated. Tickets are valid for one participant only.

  • Workshops may be cancelled if minimum attendance isn’t met. In this case, a full refund will be issued.
