This perforated eclair mat is made from food grade silicone and has perforations throughout. These tiny holes allow for the air to cycle evenly around your eclair, proving a more evenly cooked and risen Choux pastries, eclairs, cookies, tarts and more.
The mats are 40cm x 30cm in size and have guide markings for 12 eclairs.
