This perforated eclair mat is made from food grade silicone and has perforations throughout. These tiny holes allow for the air to cycle evenly around your eclair, proving a more evenly cooked and risen eclair.
The mats have 16 cavities and are 40cm x 30cm in size, fitting a standard sized baking tray.
